  Dishonest Quotes

  Had my insurance broker renew my insurance for several vehicles that I own. On one vehicle the quote changed after installing the app on my phone, it went up, to my dismay. I canceled the autopay and then again the rate went up again. So I reinstalled autopay and again the rate went up again. I just got this insurance and I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed, I thought the rates were great, just a trick.

  Switching credit cards

  Navigating the online menu to change from one credit card to another is not intuitive. It should not have taken me 45 minutes to switch from one car to another Card both of which were already stored. You need to work on that, specially if you’re gonna keep raising the rates.
