  Priceline should give people rewards that have been. I’m using their app to get rooms though I know the prices are already low but if you doing it a lot, they should give you like a free day at a hotel a nice one and not some little cheap hotel, but that would be the only thing that I think Priceline should consider other than that I love the app.

  Total Nightmare: Double Charged and Scammed!

  Avoid Priceline at all costs! Their customer service is an absolute joke. Due to their agonizingly slow response to a simple cancellation request, I was forced to double-book a last-minute hotel. The support agents repeatedly lied to my face, assuring me they would handle the cancellation and issue a full refund. They did nothing. I ended up paying twice for two different hotels because of their incompetence. Do not trust a single word their customer care team says!To make matters worse, their "Express Deals" are a complete and utter scam. They manipulate you by baiting-and-switching: listing two highly-rated hotels alongside one absolute dump. Predictably, you will always get stuck with the worst, lowest-rated hotel of the bunch. This platform operates on deception and broken promises. Save your money, save your sanity, and book elsewhere!
