  “Complete travel documents” absurdly glitchy for international flights

  Mobile page to submit travel documents for check-in works maybe once every 100 tries and has been a pain point every time I travel with them. By comparison, I’ve never experienced this problem with any other airline I’ve flown with before.

  Not very intuitive. Should really copy the United Airlines app functionality. Also, I asked their chat box about my flight, if it was direct or not, and it could not answer that simple question.

  Long time loyal Southwest customer. This entire year 2026, I have not been able to select my seats. I have a Southwest credit card and still I have not been able. Customer Service wasn’t much help. Help! Contact me! Do I need to change my loyalty to United???

  Boarding Pass Issue

  Boarding pass function in the app stopped working right when i’m at the TSA. had to go out back to the ticketing and re-check in and lined back in.

  When I was about to board a flight the app failed when pulling up boarding pass information. Very disappointing and not sure why I would use the app if it’s this unreliable.
