It uses location services to find your location and as you move. Local influence and RVer abuse have meant that about 1/4 of stores no longer allow overnights, so you might want ask a manager ahead of time.   Old data

  We used to love this app but it seems they are no longer updating the data. We travel extensively and most updates are at least two years old. We no longer can rely on this app.

  This app has not been updated in 2 years. When I submit an update for a location I get an emailed auto reply that is irrelevant to my update which does not get added. There used to be human interaction that was very helpful (I think the person’s name was Adam who offered assistance.) The lack of updates renders this app virtually useless. As a fulltime RVer I relied on Allstays to help me plan my shopping experiences. Now I have no idea what stores are *currently* RV-friendly in terms of parking restrictions and overnight access.

  Great app

  Use it all the time when we are traveling to a destination. Never stay more than one night. Always spend a few bucks and park away from the store. A few0”@ces are noisy late at night with teens and their cars, but never a problem

  Disappointed

  The reviews are dated. Old. Stale. Out of date. There are significant Walmart stores not even listed. I guess if you want to roll the dice, it’s an okay app And it found it significantly lacking considering it’s a pay wall app.

  Outdated Information

  Every comment I read on this app is 2018 or older. I found one comment from 2021. Looked at multiple states and this is consistent. Seems overnight parking is at your own risk due to signs that state no overnight parking or signs posted stating city ordinances forbid overnight parking. 2.99 isn’t a lot but when it’s not beneficial at all very frustrating. This may be due to changes over time but if the app is no longer beneficial get rid of it. Very misleading when the app is still available.

  Super useful

  I’ve used this for years. Super useful. Walmart camping is not glamorous, but so handy. No reservation or late check-in hassles. Bathrooms, drinking water, WiFi, groceries. They are always welcoming. Please take time to post a parking report.

  Walmart driver

  I love this app and use it almost daily! Even though I'm a Walmart driver, we are not supplied with sufficient information on store locations. I refuse to sleep in truck stops and rest areas, so this app in addition to store info we are supplied with, I can plan my trips and utilize my workday before taking my DOT break. Some cities have local ordinances, and even WM drivers aren't allowed to break at those stores, ironic huh?! Thank you for this great app! 5 stars from this driver.

  Outdated information

  Most of what I saw was years old. Walmart camping is hit or miss from the information given in this app so you really need to call each store individually to find out if camping is allowed. Any map app will show Walmart and give the phone number.

  Most reviews are old .. not sure if people are not making comments or it’s need updating .. I have not found one recommendation for 2023… most are over a year old ..
