  No same day changes on app

  I love Alaska Airlines, the flight crew, and the reservation agents. The app does not allow same day changes and I have to log on to the web browser from my phone, which makes the app useless. If I have to go to the browser I’ll just use the browser.

  Frustrating

  It’s frustrating to have to sign in every time you open the app. You didn’t have to do that in the past. But the information is there once you get it open

  Overly complicated app

  This app is overly complicated. Finding settings such as personal info, TSA, etc., is like trying to solve a puzzle. And I need to logon to the app nearly every time I launch it. Please look at the app of other airlines and do what they are doing. They have it figured out…especially United!

  Lousy app, airline has gone downhill

  I’m a longtime Alaska customer (75K+ annual miles). Well, I was until this year when they pulled out of SFO, LAX, and SJC except for a very limited number of flights. The app is a hot mess that forces you to log in through their website. Want to book a flight? They shunt you to the website. Would love to know who dreamed up the idea that focusing on two smaller out-of-the-way airports (San Diego and Seattle) was a better idea than the two giant population centers on the west coast. And the prices are unreal. I looked at Seattle to Baltimore and back recently: $962 for a basic economy flight (booking six week ahead)! All the other airlines topped out in the 400s. They increased the number of miles you need for elite status groups and reduced the rewards. Good luck getting any value for your loyalty, such as a longish flight where you can use an upgrade certificate. Alaska was a great airline. I suspect it won’t be around in five or ten years if the people running it don’t make some serious changes.

  Stuck at white auth0.alaskaair.com screen

  I have been an Alaska airlines customer for over 3 decades and have never been this upset. Booked a flight using the app a week ago with no problems. Yesterday and today I try to login to my account via the app and (on both my wife's and my iphones) and it gets permanently stuck on this white auth0.alaskaair.com blank screen. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times, changed the default browser from Chrome to Safari to Firefox, I've cleared the cached and all stored settings and for the love of GOD this app won't let me login! You guys never used to make it hand us off to a website to login, so why now??!! This is going to make you lose not gain customers. There are TONS of people online that are reporting the exact same problem with no reliable fix. FIX THIS, ALASKA!
