  Terrible experience with Ultimate Guitar USA, LLC.

  After being charged for a renewal, we realized we had been signed up for multiple paid subscriptions with ultimate guitar. We were unaware of these subscriptions and quickly contacted customer service, but they refused to issue a full refund. They claimed we had to pay one month upfront for each account, so they kept $50 of our money! I smell a scam! Consumers should be extremely cautious before signing up for anything with this company. Monitor your bank account closely!

  Used to be okay, now is nearly unusable

  I am a premium member and in the last couple years every time I open the app I am spammed with unskippable questions about my skill level and goals to try to push their premium practice/lessons stuff. I can close and reopen the app and be prompted with the same exact unskippable questions I answered less than 5 minutes before. It makes opening the app for quick practice sessions nearly unbearable. When I am paying for a pro/premium membership, this is absolutely unacceptable to have them shoving other products down my throat before I can use the one that I am currently paying for.

  Great app other than they will wear you out trying to up sale you. I pay for it and still have to jump through hoops and hurdles to get to the tabs.

  Fored subscription to use app

  I’ve been using this app for about 15 years and obviously found it useful. However, I’m about ready to pull the plug. Every time I open the app on my iPad, I get a new features alert that forces me to go through a series concerning my skill level and need for some practice software for $20 a year. I can’t close these screens and get into this app that I need to use.This is blocking my playing performance. This is ridiculous, Ger your act together.

  This is not a free app. You can’t even use it without paying (or ‘free trial’ then you pay). It ALSO has ads so why do you have to pay 40 dollars a year. Why don’t they tell you it’s a paid subscription. I’m so sick of subscriptions.

  Scammy greedy app, First they ask you what songs you like then they specifically put those songs behind a paywall and try to trick you into signing up for a year. I wish apps like this never existed
