  Worse Credit Card I’ve ever owned

  I recently opened an AMX Platinum Card and have been completely dissatisfied with both the card and the customer service. One of my biggest frustrations has been Apple Pay. I was unable to use Apple Pay for large purchases (3k for booking a flight and a hotel). Subsequently, my card was blocked from all future Apple Pay for 30 days due to this purchase attempt. Despite contacting customer support on four separate occasions, the issue was not resolved, and my card remained blocked from Apple Pay. For a card with an $895 annual fee, I expected a much smoother process and a higher level of customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this card. There are other premium credit cards that offer better values and a much better customer experience for the price.
