  Parking tickets

  Do not use StubHub to purchase parking tickets. Or maybe rethink if you want to use StubHub for baseball games at dodger Stadium. The customer service is terrible and the parking tickets did not arrive in time for me to enter the stadium. I had to purchase another parking ticket at the Stadium. I spoke with Customer Service at StubHub and they are useless. They say they have a guarantee and they do not. They ended the chat and I’m unable to get my money back.

  The worst app I have ever used! We bought 2tickets for the world cup 2026.They failed to provide us the ticket, I called the customer service about 10times and no-one could give me the tickets! we missed so much and never got compensated! I emailed and filled the survey to ask for refund but never got back! We lost hundreds of dollars in this app!

  Got to the stadium and my tickets were no longer in the queue. I had to pay for parking at the stadium even though I already paid in advance through StubHub. Called customer service and got the tickets for the game squared away but they refused to refund me for the parking.

  Worst ticket app ever. Bought a ticket, drove 4 hours to see the show. And then denied entry because it was also sold to someone else. Agent only offered a refund not keeping in mind that they just ruined my entire trip. Will be speaking to my lawyer.

  Last minute cancellation

  StubHub cancelled our tickets 1 week before the World Cup game while we booked them 6 months ahead without offering any replacement tickets or compensation for the travel /hotel expenses. The protection policy is a scam and customer service was terrible, hang up on us… StubHub is not reliable and not considerate of its customers, avoid at all costs. Use another platform instead .

  Terrible service 3 hours on the phone and the solution was to call another affiliated company

  Absolutely terrible service. I bought my ticket from StubHub instead of a broker closer to home. I buy the ticket, they transfer it on an expired web address. I spent 3 hours on the phone to find out I had to call another number. Never again will I use StubHub, and you shouldn’t use them either.

  I honestly feel like I got scammed. I bought a World Cup ticket on June 2 and never received it. From the beginning, customer service kept giving me the same scripted response: “Just wait. Tickets can be delivered up to one hour before the game.” That might be in their terms, but how is someone who’s traveling from another state supposed to book a trip, pay for a hotel, and show up with no guarantee they’ll even have a ticket? I asked for a refund before the game because I wasn’t willing to risk traveling for nothing. They refused and told me I had to wait until after the game. Once the game was over, they started telling me my case had been “escalated to a higher team.” I’ve been hearing that same excuse for almost a month now, and I still haven’t received my refund. It feels like they just keep lying to buy time. Every time I call, I get the same answer, but nothing ever happens. They had no problem taking my money immediately, but when it came to delivering the ticket or refunding me, suddenly no one could help.If you’re thinking about buying tickets through this app, be very careful. For major soccer events, you don’t get the ticket right away, you have to wait for the seller to transfer it, and there’s no guarantee that will ever happen. If it doesn’t, you’re stuck waiting while customer service gives you the same excuses over and over. I ended up with no ticket, no refund, and weeks of wasted time chasing my own money. The worst part is that this didn’t just happen to me, some of my friends went through the exact same thing. Based on my experience, I would never trust this app again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else take the risk either
