UNSAFE ADVERTISING ON THIS APP
Every time I open this app there are advertisements that show up and mimic the app and tell users their phones are hacked

Took away verbal instructions?
This is hands-down best abdominal workout for women. I would give it five stars but recently the verbal instructions were taken away.

Info Grab
If my card is not going to be charged then you don’t need it and I should be able to see the app without being required to give my card data. It’s one nuisance to have to create an account before I get to even decide if I like the app, but I’m not giving you my card data too.

Ads
The ads for the free version frequently get stuck. The X to close them after you’ve watched them never appears. $30 seems steep for what the app offers otherwise I would have bought the full version. I do enjoy the workouts otherwise.

4/5
A lot of pop-up ads, and I wish there was an option to add information so you can have a slightly more personal plan. Otherwise great, and is easy to navigate.

Why the ads?
I like the actual app but am not at all happy that I suddenly have ads again even though I’ve paid for the app. 2025 update: the ads are ridiculous now! I paid for this app!

It works!!
I downloaded this app after seeing all the good reviews people had wrote about it thinking it was just a regular fitness app that would require a subscription once you downloaded it, but I was happy to see they provide you with MULTIPLE videos for either 5, 8, or 10 minutes and all for free! Sure, you may not walk out of the room with a six pack after one workout but I guarantee you that after a month you'll be seeing more muscle in your stomach than you would've made just sitting on your bed watching Netflix. Great job on this extremely helpful app!

Ads prevent access
The app was great. Workout & served some ads. Now? The ad served at the top is so large it prevents opening the app. I wish I could load the ludicrous screen grab. It’s bad for users and bad for advertisers. Because the user gives up and never sees the ad again. This is killing the ad supported app through bad UX. It’s a dumb business move to kill the ad revenue stream.
