  Locking me out of my account

  This app is garbage. I sign in to the app, then I forces you to verify through your phone. Doesn’t work. Says “something went wrong”. Tried using the “another phone” option and again something went wrong. Go online and change my password and now it’s “too many attempts”.

  Really buggy registration

  Registered and logged into web without much effort. Next, setting up mobile app does not work. Login just gets stuck after entering pin. Getting rate limited from sending pin because I tried so many times. Terrible quality service and got me thinking maybe this is am AI slop from recent downsizing of companies.

  Something went wrong

  I downloaded the app for school but every action I attempt to take gives the notification “something went wrong, try again.” When I get as far as verifying the pin it does it indefinitely.

  Do Not Use

  This app allows spammers that you don’t know to put you in group messages. When asked to be removed, there’s no response. After reporting to GroupMe, the messages and group are still there after being told “It has been removed”. Many people have been reporting and nothing has been done. You’re better off using apps like Slack. DO NOT USE THIS APP

  Been using since 2013 stupid updates/lost its purpose

  Been using groupme since 2013 for school. The new uodate for Groupme has such stupid features including copiloting messages called vibe check and sparknoting the chat but its so hard to check who reacted to your message without accidentally reacting to it
