  Very disappointed the safe driving discount requires nonstop access to your precise location, especially since I work from home and don’t drive for days. An invasion of privacy to see your customers’ location 24/7! Find a better way. Also, you’re killing my phone battery.

  Va gives a discount for drivers using their vehicles less than a certain number of miles but when I asked they told me no they didn’t offer it so I think it may be time to look for another company considering my driving record.

  RightTrack

  Right track app counts point off even if you use hands free to answer phone calls. If you have Apple car play you can text and do anything you want from the car screen. I just started count everything as passenger if I have to use my phone during that drive.

  Unnecessarily difficult

  The app is good, unless you want to make the most basic changes to your policy. I have tried multiple times to just add a Landlord to my renter’s policy, and it gives me an error saying that I need to call tech support to make that change. Same thing with literally just adjusting my address. It shouldn’t be this complicated. If you can’t make these simple changes on the app, why even have buttons for it?? Very annoying.

  These people will still say you deserve a late fee when this app doesn’t update your financial accounts! They will over charge you for renters and demand you send them identification and then not update you on results. Trash company
