  I’ve been coming here for years now and I’ve never had any issues or problems with anything here. Everything’s always on and working, that I can remember anyways. I’m pretty sure the same woman has been working here since I started coming here too. I’ve never had any issues issue with anything, an employee or a member either. It’s quiet, clean, and everyone is friendly. I love this PF location. ❤️💕

  Might be deleting

  I don’t appreciate how I haven’t had this app or a membership for 2 months yet and I’m already being charged a yearly fee, that’s dumb I don’t recommend this to anyone. And I want my money back because they already charge a late fee which is crazy cause if I’m late why go up on the price? That’s very inconsiderate of what’s coming to my bank account then proceed to charge an extra $52 for a year that haven’t even came yet it’s literally only been a month and their charging me for a year where tf does that make sense ?!?! I need answer planet fitness. I’m locking all my cards, and breaking windows my next visit if I don’t get my money back

  Useful but not always accurate.

  The app is useful for the sake of not needing to carry a card to check in @ the gym, but it’s not very accurate with the “crowd meter”, if almost never says anything over about 1/4 full even when the place is packed.

  I wish there was a scanner for each gym so we can see how the gym is formatee and we can know where we’re going. I’d also like to say that the crowd rate isn’t accurate most of the time, I wish we could be the ones to say whether it’s packed or not. Also the offers suck sometimes like they aren’t valid unless you’re a first time consumer of the company the offer belongs to. That’s weird we deserve all offers no matter what

  They claimed it was only one dollar for the first month and then didn’t tell me about all the extra fees and how they charge, I ended up getting charged almost $70 for “two months” of membership after only four weeks. Deceptive and dishonest.
