Greedy Monopolistic Company
Imagine going from hero to hated super villain in less than a single generation. I will never support this anti-consumer company again.

You Own Nothing.
PlayStation can and will Disable your Account due to inactivity and you will lose every single game and DLC you bought digitally forever and you will not receive a refund. They are ending the print of Physical Game Discs in 2028 and you will never be able to own your games ever again.

Meh
Well, the app works and functions as intended, but I’m beyond frustrated with Sony and PlayStation for the current practices. Until they shape up, I’ll leave negative reviews on anything and everything. Way to ruin brand loyalty Sony.

App sucks
The app is slow and glitchy. I like physical games for this reason. Anything digital is bound to have issues. Will no longer support this company.

NO MORE MONIES!!!
30 Days To Reverse Decision I canceled my PSN which is annual. I requested a refund on my Spider-Man tickets. You guys are helping wake up the world to the elites greed. No more.

App stops working
No physical disc means I won’t be using my PlayStation for much now or purchase anything Sony.

No disc no buy
I’ve been a loyal PlayStation fan for years, but the reported move away from physical media is incredibly disappointing. Many of us buy discs because we actually own our games, can lend them to friends, collect them, and don’t want to rely entirely on digital purchases. If PlayStation continues moving away from physical games, it will push away a lot of longtime fans. Please listen to your community before making decisions that take away consumer choice. Physical and digital should both exist—give players the freedom to choose. Until then, I’m extremely disappointed. Shame on yall.
