    Your cell phone and internet connections are bad I wish I would’ve known better I definitely would’ve had stayed with t- mobile drop calls can’t get service it’s like a pre pay system or not enough towers just know this once this contract expires I’m switching back and your customer service is by far BS I want to talk to a person not some cat bot or otherwise

    Supports old IOS’s!

    I love the fact that I can view my bill on my iPhone SE 1st generation from 2016. I carry two phones on me, one I use to do everything that squires a modern IOS, and then the rest like text, or viewing my phone bill; I just use my SE because it’s so easy and compact to view. I would hope for Verizon to keep supporting iOS 15 for longer as I’d love to keep viewing my bill and other stuff on my compact iPhone SE.

    Moving process

    I tried to move to a new apartment, and the process is too confusing. It asked for social, birth date, credit check and bank info for direct deposit again. I am Not sure how this is going to work. It is a very confusing process!

    Okay, I’m in the My Verizon App and to sign up for the perks, it talks me it can only be done in the My Verizon app and sends me to the store link which sees I have the app and asks me to Open. What’s wrong with this picture?
