  Amazing Ryokan!!

  We were able to spend 3 wonderful nights here! We loved getting up and having an Onsen, and getting in before bed!! The area around the ryokan is magical. We loved Gora and neighboring Odawara. We highly recommend this place❤️

  The photos were deceptive, we didn’t not end up staying here. When we walked in there was a smell. The couch, blanket on the couch, and rug was stained. The host said they’d never had any complaints before me, so who knows….

  We had an awesome from our room. The location is directly across the street from the beach. The restaurant by the pool is very good. Plus Momosan (restaurant) is so so good. I’d definitely stay here again.

  De hizo una reserva para 5 personas y que solo tenían de 2 camas y que me dieron 2 cobijas extra para dormir en el suelo. Aparte la alberca tenía un ratón y no servía la máquina del filtrado. Una mala experiencia y me cobraron de mas $131.95. Que por cualquier pendiente en serio no entiendo mal servicio y el hotel muy viejo necesita reparaciones. Lo siento pero es mi opinión por favor revisen y que me regresen mi dinero me dieron recibo de $694.33 y me cobraron $724.33. + los anterior $131.95 por favor explíquenme y regrésenme. Mi dinero

  I have used Expedia with no problems in the past, finally when I have a problem- there is NO One to help. AI or fake customer service agents. As a single mom, I RELY on Expedia’s ratings and they misrepresented their property. I dont have enough $ to play off costs and fix it next time, but when you expect a “Resort” on the water with amenities, and you find yourself at a 70’s motel… it’s extremely frustrating and heartbreaking. We could not spend time at the resort on Sunday because it’s terrible. I have been trying to get a refund and there is nothing I can do so far, UNBELIEVABLE. I will make sure my mom’s groups, Dive Groups, social media travel and other sites are aware

  April at front desk was Amazing!!! Went above and beyond to accommodate us with the best room! And Tommy at the bar was so great, gave us so many great suggestions of places to go. The staff was so nice and the place is gorgeous!!
