ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team. - All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app. - This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account / iPay Statements, and select products outside the US (ask your employer). Key Employee Features: • View pay & W2 statements • View & request time off • Track time & attendance o Punch in/out o Create timesheets o Update, edit, & approve time cards • View pay card accounts • View benefit plan information • Contact colleagues • Offers for ADP and third-party products and services Key Manager Features: • Approve time cards • Approve time off • View team calendars • View executive dashboards Security: • All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers • All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted • All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted • Username and password protected • Login sessions time out from inactivity • Accounts locked out with excessive login failures • Fast and easy login with Touch ID or Face ID • Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords Investment options are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product. Investment options in the “ADP Direct Products” are available through ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. (“ADP BD”), Member FINRA, an affiliate of ADP, INC, One ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ 07068 (“ADP”) or (in the case of certain investments), ADP directly.   Buggy

  I used this app for a year. It’s very buggy and has issues every other day. It’s a quick-to-use app though, which is nice. The glitches and buggy aspects do make everything much harder. I do not recommend.

  App sucks!!

  I can't scroll on my time card and when I "expand all" or even "expand" on a single item on my paycheck it overlaps on everything!! I've tried uninstalling twice and it's still an issue. 2 thumbs down 👎👎

  This app is the worst. I used to use HH2. It was easy to use. Someone saw this problem and decided to fix it ADP to the rescue. Everything has multiple extra steps. Nothing is easy. Nothing is convenient. If you get stuck with this app you’re screwed sorry about that.

  Worse pay and benefits app ever made if you trying getting help you bad customer service and all they do is keep passing you around from one person to another.

  Unresponsive and not reliable

  Login half the time doesn’t work. When access time cards you can scroll down and look at the other times without the app taking right back to the top. Doesn’t sync punches causing many unknown missed punches. Horrible app for a company whose purpose is payroll. Employees are getting the worst version of this app and it shows every single login. ADP knows it’s a bad app if their only solution is delete and redownload it.

  These people are ridiculous and they were just lock you out of your account forever. This way you can never file taxes nor look at your income checks.

  Usually fine

  I’ve used this app for over 4 years with no issues, but after the last few updates I am having the HARDEST time entering in my hours. When I’m on the time card screen I can’t scroll down unless I pinch to zoom out (even though I’m not zoomed in) and that then “unlocks” the ability to scroll. But after I enter in my time for a given day and go back to my full time card, I’m brought back up to the top of the screen and the scroll function is locked again until I pinch to zoom out. There’s been at least one update that’s come out since this issue started and there’s been no fix. Usually a great app, but this really makes it dreadful to use.
