  App not opening since after recent update

  The app has refused to function and open on my IPad after I installed the latest update. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, still has the same issues. Just loading but never opening. It’s really frustrating and annoying. If I had anything less than 1 star I would have rated that.

  I’ve been a Viki subscriber for over 5 years and i don’t see myself ever unsubscribing. This app is great to use and has a wonderful selection. My only wish is for it to have different speed options to watch in. Love a 1.25 speed

  Could be better

  Pros: Good selections. Like the review section. Cons: doesn’t always resume on correct episodes. Especially if alternating between devices. No summaries on episodes like Netflix’s. Inability to skip intro, again like Netflix.

  Unable to Use App After Update

  I used to enjoy using Vicki to watch several foreign shows regardless of region. But ever since updating the app, I am unable to log in and use it. Is there a bug issue with the app. It is disappointing thinking that an update will help utilize the features of the app, but instead I am unable to use it entirely. I tried to redownload the app for over a week and the issue persists. Hopefully, they can get this fixed.

  Love The App

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Viki is my go-to app for Asian dramas and movies. It has an incredible variety of shows from Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and more, and I love that everything is organized by country, making it easy to discover new favorites. The subtitles can be a little off at times, but I understand that translating from another language into English isn’t always easy. Even with that, I still think Viki offers a much better selection of Asian content than Netflix. One feature I would love to see is the ability to display both the original language subtitles and the English subtitles at the same time. It would make the viewing experience even better, especially for those learning the language or wanting a more authentic experience. Overall, Viki is an amazing streaming app, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Asian dramas and movies.
