  Unjustified cancellation

  Cancelled flight, stated weather issues, but great weather, no domino effect since same plane used back/forth without delay. They initially tried to rebook 5 days later until complained to get booked next day flight. They will do everytbing they can do squeeze money. So sad only handful of large airline companies in US, no competition or desire to do well for consumer.

  This app sucks

  Absolute garbage app. It’s the worst airline app out there. Terrible compared to Delta and American. So clunky and non-intuitive. Crashes all the time. Checking in barely works. International “travel ready” center makes me question whether life is worth living. I hate this app. The designers and engineers should all be fired and sentenced to prison for crimes against humanity.

  My travel companion had an unexpected change of plans and could no longer travel w me which instantly brought about my high anxiety and debilitating panic attacks; wanted to acknowledge Chase for going above and beyond when assisting me with Check-in, Seating and Boarding for my NYC trip this 4th of July weekend.   Cancel flight options via app

  App makes it difficult to cancel one person’s flight when two people are booked together/at the same time

  Doesn’t keep up updates and can’t close it

  Changes doesn’t keep up a lot of the times. After landing couldn’t close the reminders so it keeps using data and battery when I no longer need it .

  Lately unstable

  The United app used to be rock solid but within the last half year it has exhibited all sorts of unstable behaviors - e.g. locking up when checking a reservation or having a boarding ticket that was once visible completely disappear from the app never to be shown again prior to boarding the actual flight where it’s needed. This unstableness has also been displayed by the United desktop app. Reservations made sometimes don’t show up in the trips list. I don’t know what’s going at United but I wish they’d get their act together again when it comes to delivering the core functionality required of the iPhone and desktop apps.
