Useless
This app hasn’t correctly synced with my Fitbit once since it replaced the Fitbit app.

Not worth the switch
I would not recommend this app for any Fitbit device. I have my Fitbit set up to notify me of text messages and phone calls, but since the transition to Google Health, it no longer works reliably. My Fitbit constantly shows that it’s disconnected, causing me to miss notifications, phone calls, and text messages. This has made the app frustrating and unreliable to use.

HRV Readings Are Way Off
I like how it checks for afib, all other apps blend in to it. I don’t like how google analyzes HRV. My Oura, Garmin, Whoop all show higher hrv but my Fitbit air or other Fitbit devices are in the 40s. Same night all other devices always match except Fitbit. They need to take more readings at night or change the algorithm.

Hate the updated Google Health app
The former Fitbit app was easy to use and provided all the info I needed. The changes made after the transition to Google Health have made the app unusable. It’s not user friendly, so much so, I’m about ready to stop using it completely. I am extremely disappointed they ruined what used to be a well functioning fitness app.

What happened to tracking steps?
Such a simple feature is no longer. All I want is a total of my daily steps.

Why did you get rid of my badges?
I’ve used Fitbit for over a decade and I’ve always loved it… All the different badges, were incredibly motivating and being able to keep track of how many times I’ve gotten a certain number of steps… And now all that data is just gone. This is so frustrating.

Don’t pay for premium.
They taken away all of the good meditations and sleep stories and changed their whole platform. I will not be renewing! It’s not worth it.

Fitbit was so much better!
This change to Google Health is terrible - just bring back the old app or this customer will be going with another device!

Bad!
Can’t even see my friends step count. Awful update.
