  App vs actually services

  The JetBlue app itself is alright, I mean it does what it’s supposed to. But JetBlue as an airline company sucks, they always cancel flights over nothing and will leave you stranded in a place unknown to you, all because of their negligence too. For example they didn’t have no crew to fly a plane, they had us waiting for 6 hours to even board the plane and another 2 hour wait for the weather to become better. After the weather got better pilot took us all the way to the run way just to turn around and cancel our flight because we was in the gate for more than 3 hours. This all could’ve been avoided if they didn’t sell tickets they didn’t actually have to sell, like they obviously wasn’t ready yet still sold them because their money hungry. If you read this far thanks.

  The online customer service for Jetblue is useless for reporting broken equipment on flights. Don't bother using it for that.

  Your carryon is not allowed

  The campaign says the carryon is free. But you don’t allow it in the plane for many groups. You are deceiving the people with your ads. I am never flying on JetBlue again

  Generally Good

  This app does much of what is intended: it allows you to search and book flights easily. Where it fails is in flight check-in. Most of the time, it doesn’t allow the check-in to happen with a snappy message: It’s not you, it’s us! Well, if it’s you, then FIX IT! And it does this for most of the flights I have taken.
