General review of the streaming service quality
I’ve complained to other streaming services about the same problem. Nobody seems to know the difference between A MOVIE, A DOCUMENTARY, A SERIES, AND A STAND-UP COMEDY SHOW. I intentionally select the “Movie” category, because I want to watch a MOVIE! Not something from any of the other categories. And yet, how do you organize your movie listings? Exactly like all the other inept, illiterate, streaming programmers out there. On top of that complaint, I would like to further add that all the repetitive sub-menus that re-list the same 15 or 20 promoted titles which you are trying to force down our throats every month is equally irritating! I want one list of ONLY movie titles! I want to be able to select my own search parameters. For example, A - Z or Z - A, Science Fiction, Western, Comedy, War, Romance, Drama, Thriller, Horror. Furthermore, I’d like those parameters to be semi-permanent, meaning that only I can change them. So, the next time I open the app, I can start where I left off. I also don’t want to see 20 different versions of the same movie listed. IF I select a movie, then you can prompt me for all the stupid variables. SD, HDX, Director’s Cut, Theatrical Release, Extended version, Letterbox, Full Screen, Remastered, DVD, VHS, Laserdisc, Beta, 35 mm, 16mm, 8mm, 33-1/3, 45, 78, etc. You get where I’m going? Come on people! Try to appeal to your customer base. Think outside the proverbial box. Innovate! Thanks, That’s all for now.

Wow
Impressed anyone had the nerve to release this film. Especially in Europe. Hopefully many in Europe will finally stand up to the woke left and take their culture back. The U.S is making some headway. I hope it succeeds. Maybe Canada will come around also. I know many there are unhappy as well. But, they’re scared there after what happened to the simi-truck drivers and preachers of Christ. Just like Jesus said “In the last days people would call good evil, and evil good.

Disappointed!!!
So I’m on a road and downloaded some movies so I can watch them when I get some down time, but when I go to play them, I got an error code 11821! Basically the app requires a handshake with a server before it allows me to play a movie I purchased and downloaded from this app!!! Why? I had barely a connection and so apparently unless the “server” gives the okay, I can’t play my purchases on my device! If it was downloaded from your servers onto my device, it shouldn’t require any further interaction with you for me to play the movies I purchased and downloaded to view!

Story
I love the fact that they left an opening for a second part. As a Mexican American born near the border of California and Baja California, I’m hoping it’s all about Baja 1000. Brad Pitt brings great vibe to the films he acts in and this was no exception.

Still needs a lot of work. (review updated 7/1/26)
Frustrating App: Broken Subtitles, Sync Failures, and Massive UI Bugs; I use Fandango At Home across multiple platforms, and while the content library is great, the actual app performance and asset quality control are incredibly frustrating. A significant portion of the catalog feels completely unoptimized. I hope your engineering and QA teams see this and address these persistent issues: 1. CORE PLATFORM & PLAYER BUGS * Initial Resolution Bug: The very first video played after launching the app universally defaults to a highly degraded, low resolution. The only fix is a tedious workaround: wait 5 seconds, exit playback, go to the "Continue Watching" row, and select "Start Over." It resets every time the app is reopened. * Sync Failures: Playback progress and watch states do not sync reliably between devices. Finished episodes constantly revert to "in progress" when scrolling through a season, and partially watched shows frequently fail to appear on the Watchlist entirely. * Website Search Lag: On the web interface, the search bar aggressively auto-searches after a brief 2-second pause while typing, forcing page refreshes that take 20-30 seconds to reload. Please replace this auto-trigger with a manual search button. 2. METADATA, THUMBNAIL, & UI ERRORS * Legacy Content Issues: Multi-volume shows are frequently mislabeled (e.g., listing volumes as seasons for "Regular Show"). Older animated series like "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" and "TMNT" are missing episode thumbnails entirely (replaced by blank blue filler), and episode titles are truncated—cutting off the main title and only leaving "Part 1." * Database & Typo Errors: "Sin City" (2005 theatrical) incorrectly lists a 2014 release date. The "Sin City Recut & Extended" asset completely lacks lead actors, character names, or writers. Furthermore, visible typos plague episode synopses for "Breaking Bad" (S1E3; S2E7 spelling Skyler as "Schuyler") and "Better Call Saul" (S2E4 typo "Jimmy actions"; S3E101 missing the word "be"). 3. SYSTEMIC CLOSED CAPTIONING (CC) DEFECTS The closed captioning engine has severe pipeline bugs that deeply impact accessibility across a massive range of titles and trailers: * Total Track Corruption: In "Teen Titans" (All Seasons, especially S1E1/E2) and "Hell on Wheels" (S1E6), the CC files are completely broken, morphing multiple dialogue lines into a single, overlapping, unreadable word salad of gibberish. * Screen Clipping: Text regularly clips past the viewable screen margins, cutting off dialogue. This happens across devices but is highly prevalent on Android TV layouts (specifically tested on a Sony BRAVIA VH1). * Tracking, Audio Sync, & Pacing: Severe audio/CC desync, flashing text, and dropped dialogue lines plague the entire series of "House, M.D." (especially S1E2, 7, 13, 15), "Breaking Bad" (S1E6, S2E13, S3E5, S4E1, S4E3-S4E6, S4E9, and Season 5), and "Better Call Saul" (Season 3, S5E1). Additionally, the final caption line immediately preceding the end credits routinely flashes on screen for only a split second, making it impossible to read. * Text Collisions: The CC box fails to shift to the top of the screen when hardcoded or edited-in text appears, entirely blocking burnt-in foreign dialogue translations (such as the Spanish-to-English translations in "Better Call Saul" S4E9). * Logic Failures & Formatting Typos: Proper nouns and acronyms regularly default to lowercase. If an acronym uses periods (A.T.T.), the next word is forced to capitalize regardless of grammar. In "Breaking Bad" S4E8, words are dropped and spaces are missing ("Yesterday, the federales..."). Ampersands ("&") also systemically fail to render across entire shows, leaving text blocks like "Better Call Saul" S1E8 reading "Addyston Pipe Steel" instead of "Pipe & Steel"; Please conduct a comprehensive audit, text file refresh, and re-optimization of your video assets. Paid content should not feel this broken.
