  Payment section

  No matter how many times I update or delete the app. It won’t process my payment. There should be a ‘pay at the counter’ option like most fast food

  How is it that it always pics the wrong location.

  Too many times has it picked the wrong location. This app somehow always pics the wrong location and I end up wasting money and time. I HATE HATE HATE this app.

  Literally doesn’t work anymore

  Was working fine for years but out of nowhere the app just stopped letting me place orders all together. Doesn’t get through the confirming order screen and gives me an error even after deleting and redownloading the app. Unusable in its current state.

  Ordering and check in not functional

  This app used to work great, however for the past few months, maybe longer the ordering function no longer works. You can try to add a good item, yet the order doesn’t get created, there is no check in tab and seems like nothing is being done to fix it

  Bugged to high heaven

  Have to sign in to use the app can’t just be a guest , wouldn’t let me save my debit card or place a order , would take my money and not place the order.

  App stinks

  It used to work fine. When ordering to earn points you easily added your cell number. That function is gone. And now the receipts given do not have a bar hide to scan later as required to get points. Come on Taco Bell do better.

  No debit allowed

  All I can do is pay with Apple Wallet, because when I fill out the form, in the app, to add a debit card, it will not allow me to scroll down far enough to press the continue button. Since I signed up with Apple on my phone, the only workaround is to log in on a computer, but that would require creating an Apple passkey on a thumb drive. Just fix the app!

  I’m always happy when it’s lunchtime because I get to order all my favorite items from the Taco Bell fast food and delivery app it’s always fun because there are such great deals and the food is delicious and the bonuses make me feel really acknowledged from all my commitment to this amazing establishment thank you, Taco Bell

  Place an order in error. Click cancel the minute it completes. Sorry too late to cancel. I’m good on this BS.
