    Fee$$$$$

Moving electrons, by electronic ticketing should NOT BE this ridiculously exorbitant. 😬😬

    Again Not Workknh

For the $20+ fees paid per ticket, you think TM would make the site work reliably. Letterkenny LV and all I get when trying to buy tix shown as available is “no longer available, try again on refreshed screen.” Screen refresh, same seats show as available, tried other seats, same error message.

    Slow AF

I seem to always have issues with this app.

Awful. Deserves to be highly regulated.

What an awful experience. Pops up an unexplained error message only at final purchase time. Nickels and dimes for everything but still doesn’t let me complete the purchase with no explanation. I’m a free market guy - but Ticketmaster needs to be intensely regulated. They’ve brought it on themselves.

    Astronomical Fees

Very disappointed to have to have $200 in fees to Ticketmaster and $100 to Cook County and Chicago to see Ye perform in his home town. Ticketmaster has been robbing us for years!

    Bad

Horrible made me use their software to verify identity to use the Ticketmaster app for tickets already bought.

    Worst UI ever

Less a complaint about the app and more a genuine question of why people put up with this garbage UI? Can someone please help our anti-trust laws break up this garbage platform and allow the free market to bring in any other reasonable large scale competitor who will have a 10x better UI on the basis of not being as intentionally horrid as Ticketmaster?
