  Don’t Even Bother With Burner

  I signed up for a number to use for a new small business. One week later (after having used the number on critical business documents), I open the app to get a message that my account has been banned since I “violated the Burner Terms of Service.” Clearly someone before me was using the number for crime, burned the number, and then I was the unlucky next person to claim it. So of course I get hit with the violation when I did nothing wrong. And now I can NEVER use Burner again since it is blocking my real number from using it. Don’t bother with Burner - both the users and the company are criminals apparently.

  Cancelled subscription still charged

  I select a 3 day trial. I cancel the subscription the first day after downloading. I get charged $14.99 anyway. Not happy about it.

  Tied to Apple Account

  Would prefer the privacy of the payment not tied to Apple Account. Prefer to be able to pay Visa gift card or something not tied to current accounts. For this reason I cancelled the setup and deleted the app.

  Needs minor changes

  The contact card picture is too small on the contract card and needs to be bigger. Look at how the app Hush does it. They have a nice interface

  Cancelled during free trial but still billed

  It works, but I realized I didn’t actually need it and cancelled during the free trial. However I was still billed and then denied a refund. Messed up, I didn’t authorize the charge but apparently tech companies can steal and not trip about it.

  3-day free trial was really 2 days, and trying to grab 90 bucks

  This app works great. It you pay. I downloaded last week, opted for the 3 day trial, and started poking around. It seems solid, but I don’t need a second number i can change at will for 90 bucks. I made a mental note towards the end of the 2nd day to make sure I canceled it and deleted it. Tell me how this app just a couple hours later, barely finished with day 2, attempts to snatch 90 bucks from my debit card in wallet app. I was furious. I have called my bank, killed that card, new number and card are on the way, I have virtual card now, and You will NEVER get it. This app, even though it’s solid, is shady and a sheister, so it gets one star since like the coders who write it, the app steals and is not worth trusting.. I hope many people see this and choose another app to do this. Either apple WILL cancel the pending subscription that hasn’t been successfully charged , which you say you don’t do, or this is my last iPhone and you guys can take a deep breath at the bottom of a fish tank.

  Very good app and reasonable prices, i dont have to worry about using my personal numbers and get lots of spam calls and this is a good way to have a second number for work then carrying around two phones!
