  Difficult to get help on the chat

  I’m trying to get answers to questions regarding the ALL STAR VIAAGE event at the Philadelphia Convention Center but the ticket information keep pulling up the Astros ticketing information. I can’t get an answer.

  Painful

  This app is a pain to use. The links fail, it doesn’t process the requests, can’t seem to find or later accept email verification. I bought tickets through a third party site and only need parking but it wouldn’t process it straight from the app so I had to order the parking from the website with delivery to the app. Why not my apple wallet, no they forced the usage of this fouled up app. Do better.

  I downloaded your app & it worked fine until I got to the ball park. Then it just would not open. I had no way to show I had purchased a ticket. This is an enormous problem.

  App locks up when I try to correct personal info. Gives me greyed out boxes and demands that I edit them. Website has been down all weekend. I gave up.

  Streamlined, official, best price

  I had a very easy experience buying tickets for a baseball game and getting a ticket for the parking lot. App worked well to show all tickets on game day. Prices for baseball tickets were much better than those I saw on major ticket sellers
