Love the directions at airports
The most stressful thing about ride share is figuring out where I need to meet the driver when flying into a new airport. LAX now uses a shuttle to take riders to the lot. The directions in the app were very good and the app waits until you are near the meeting point before matching you to a driver.

No customer support
You cannot talk to support until ride is over. Even then it’s all ai. It will say you are connected to an agent and it will still be an ai agent. Waited an hour plus to be picked up and was only offered $5 credit. Deleting app.
