  Can’t Watch Anywhere :(

  Bought a year subscription and I can’t watch paramount on any device or the app. Bought it on Amazon also. The best premium subscription and it says I can’t watch any paramount shows. What a joke. Nobody to help to me. Nobody to call. Cancelling and getting refund. Nooooo thanks! Plenty of other platforms. The fact that there’s nobody to help and no support, is the biggest issue. Bye Felicia!

  I hate this app

  I have this app on my Samsung TV and we always have trouble loading it. Other apps work fine, garbage won’t load. It goes through the commercials but then when it gets to the CBS logo it stops loading and just spins until an error message pops up. Then we have to back out and try again multiple times until maybe it will work. I could exit it and go to another app and it will load fine, but not this piece of garbage!

  Good When it works

  The app is good when it works. Paramount Plus is the only app I have the freezes or there is an error. Thinking about canceling it for a while. Hopefully they can work those kinks out.

  Across multiple devices, and platforms, this app is laggy, freezes, episodes don’t resume correctly, subtitles and audio, lose sync, and then in the Windows OS environment errors out all the time. Buggy trash. But good shows

  Worst, most glitchy app ever

  This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Not even the worst streaming app, but the worst of all time. It freezes, downloads don’t play, it glitches, it has a hard time playing even with perfect WiFi. To pay monthly for paramount plus and have it be the worst app ever feels criminal.

  Enjoy Paramount+ But..

  The worst app on a smart TV. Takes literally 10 seconds to switch to another movie when looking for a movie to watch. Press the arrow on the directional pad to switch to the next movie or show, and wait. I’ve had to unplug my TV every time I’ve opened this app because it freezes when trying to search for something to watch. Nope unsubscribed. So annoying. Didn’t pay for paramount to only be able to watch on a tablet.

  No Help

  I keep checking the reviews to see if you’ve FIXED your app. But clearly from what I see the answer is NO! What a shame because I really like the content but it wasn’t worth all the frustration!!! STOP telling people to reach out to your customer service for help! You get no “help”. I “reached out” on 3 separate occasions and spent way too much time doing it, only to be told each time that my case was being escalated. It was never resolved. So now it’s CANCELLED.
