RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community): - Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods. - Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees. - Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments - Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way. - Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps. - Track when your packages are delivered or picked up. - Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app. - Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board. The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal.   It’s ok

  I’m conflicted really. The app is great but…… Unfortunately the only way it’s useful is for signing lease documents and making a maintenance request. The property gets to decide if you have the ability to pay rent through the application, my property disabled that feature to make a payment or auto pay. Great app but these property owners aren’t utilizing it right.

  App is Easy to Use, Extremely Frustrating to Log In

  When I attempt to open the app, the old login appears asking for the password. I’ve tried to login with the old password, but the system denies me. I then have to open and force close the app three or more times before the new login will appear. Can this potentially be reviewed for a bug fix?

  Adding bank accounts for processing

  Takes 72 hrs which is long especially when a place is just purchased and ownership is switched but you don’t give the heads up we process verifications as slow as 90’s dialup in 2026. Do better is all I’d suggest because before I realized I could pay with my bank card since I don’t have a cc set up I thought I was screwed setting it up exactly 72 hrs before the final payment day. Just some good advice for the future and a business change I’d make by improving that number. Simple and easy. Or communicate more up front that it’s not just bank accounts and cc but bank checking cards work too. Wasn’t clear for me. Thanks.
