  Horrendous Login Issues via cable provider

  Suddenly can’t log in via Verizon Fios. Contacted customer support which was an epic exercise in futility. Thank God Outlander is over and Raising Kenan is in its final season. I will stream the channel via Verizon app so BUMP STARZ…. a truly second rate streamer.

  Can’t start from where you left off

  This app sucks!!! The shows are great etc, however the app just sucks. Watching a show and want to leave and come back to where you were in it later? Nope, start the episode or movie over and have to figure out how far you were into it. Resume play were you are in a current episode or movie should be a simple thing, but this app keeps restarting instead of resuming. Garbage.

  Missing the basics. When I pause an episode, I expect to return to that spot when I go back in later- not start back over from the beginning. What a PITA!!

  App remains buggy

  I’ve been using the app on and off for 2 years and same issues plague it. My downloads randomly delete themselves in the middle of watching. Some I’ve downloaded for just 2 days. Other times I can have items downloaded for a week and it’ll stay there. I lose service in my commute and the warning pops up that I lost connection, while I’m watching a downloaded content. The pop up asks me if I want to view downloads or reconnect, even though I’m already watching downloaded content. It then kicks me off what I’m watching and when I. Click back, restarts me back at beginning.

  Horrible app

  The sole reason I have this app is because the Power shows. The app never remembers where I was in an episode, I always have to time skip to find where I last was, app often starts up by itself after I pause it and close my phone, plenty of times I’ve played a show on my phone just for it to show the season and ep loading screen while only playing the audio. Yet you all have the audacity to try and charge people $10 monthly. We know why you run so many deals, it’s because you’d be out of business otherwise! Atleast make it $4.99 a month because currently that’s all the app is worth, if that.
