  Literally cannot use the app. Got tickets for an event. Seat Geek emails me and says I need to download the app, I CANNOT access my tickets any other way. That’s incredibly annoying (everyone else lets me add to apple wallet) but fine, I download the app. I go to sign in (which just opens an in-app browser window, it’s not actually. In the app). I hit sign in with link. They email me a link. The link does not open in the app, it opens in my mobile browser. It informs me that I cannot sign in on my browser, I need to sign in on the app. Okay. That’s what I was trying to do. So I go to sign in with my password. It says I need to verify my email. Click this button to send a link to my email to verify it. I click the button. It sends a link to my email. I click the link. The link opens in my browser and informs me that I cannot sign in through my browser, I need to sign in on the app. After going through this loop a few times I was going back through my emails and I got an earlier one that said ‘view your tickets’. I sign in with my password through my mobile browser and am able to screenshot the QR codes for my tickets. I didn’t need the app. Seat Geek was lying to me about the necessity for the app in the first place, the app which won’t let me sign in. Wish I could give this a 0 star rating.

  DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM SEATGEEK

  I purchased tickets and did not receive them. Planned a trip around the event with airfare hotel and days off work. Their customer service is horrible. Still waiting for resolution. I purchased tickets May 30th. Notified tickets were cancelled June 7th. SeatGeek refuses to acknowledge that the seller cancelled the tickets and they keep responding that the order was fulfilled. It is less than a week until the event and I still DO NOT have tickets that cost several thousands of dollars. I have reached out almost daily since June 7th and still no resolution. There is no number to call. There is no accountability. I have requested a full refund. The “buyer guarantee” is meaningless.
