Gobsmacked
Guys. What is going on? Just as the egregious performance over the past few updates had finally been ironed out. You’ve done it again and screwed the APP right back to hell. I mean, forgive the negativity but you’re completely stranding your most loyal customers with these bush league updates. Again, app crashes as a normal course of business, stays are not recorded. App chokes just putting in a destination. It’s 2026 for crying out loud. Hilton paid $70 Million in dividends to its shareholders in the first half of 2026. Perhaps they should put the cart behind the horse and redirect some of this money to building a modern direct to consumer experience….this one is substandard in the politest form.

Dark mode logo glitch
When I save the app into a folder instead of home screen, the logo turns back to white instead of the black dark mode color. If I tap on the folder, the app logo turns back to black.

Hampton Inn Cincinnati/Airport South - Sheila
After a grueling 16-hour workday and struggling to find available lodging near the airport, I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding service I received at the Hampton Inn Cincinnati/Airport South. Sheila’s warm and helpful attitude made us feel genuinely valued and cared for.
