  The ads are lies

  The game is nothing like the ads, which I actually enjoy playing, all the reviews that describe the actual gameplay are correct. I tried to enjoy it but besides feeling bamboozled it wasn’t the type of game I like to play.

  They removed the button which allowed you to confirm before you spend the town cash. I have lost thousands of town cash just because I accidentally clicked on stuffs, which is totally inevitable due to the tiny figures of the game!!! I love this game. It's the only game I play, and I've deleted it many times out of frustration. I've had enough!

  I love the fact that I don’t have to watch adds in this game. I find it hilarious how many adds about this game that I see in other games. My biggest pet peeve of this is the cards. You’re able to trade regular cards (up to 3 per day) with friends. But the “gold” cards cannot be traded at all. I have been stuck trying to finish a card pack by not being able to get the FINAL gold card I need for over 30 days! There needs to be an update offered to where you can trade a gold card 1 time per week, or only after so many days in the card collection cycle…more people would be interested in playing if some of the mini games like the card collection were not so difficult. And the challenge puzzles are money suckers. They are almost programmed to make you want to spend real cash on a virtual game with no equity. #buyersremorse

  Scam

  They make it too easy to spend in game currency by an errant tap all to funnel players toward paid options. There’s no check to ask if you intend to make a purchase and no way to reverse an errant tap. Customer support is non-existent. It’s their policy to not reverse “purchases” whether intentional or not. Their in game bot said this. It pretended to connect me to a customer service agent who never appeared. No more responses, no wait time estimated. Just silence so no customer service either. The game concept isn’t that complicated. Go with one of the other 100’s of options that actually have customer support or care about making the gaming experience positive for players
