    This app is great I’ve lost 85 lbs using it it’s just perfect no ads basic features are free for people that just want to use it to track their workouts. I’ll be upgrading to premium soon to support the creator, the app is perfect it tells you your previous weight so you can pick up from where you left off Only thing I wish yall added was better cardio features like cardio training where you could put the time and miles you walked for then the time you ran for. My football team would benefit a lot from this. Apart from this the app is great it’s actually perfect better than all the other bs apps out there

    Needs More

    I do really enjoy this app, but my own personal opinion is that it needs more full body compounds like squat to curl to press or reverse lung to overhead press, just as examples. Sometimes I can be pressed for time so to get more bang for my buck time wise, compound movements are great, I just can’t use the app when I’m doing those.

    Routine: “Workout not found” errors

    I really like this app but there are a lot of duplicate exercises. If you setup a routine and sift through all the exercises, sometimes you get a “routine not found “ error. This means all the time you spent adding exercises to a routine are lost . It’s infuriating.

    i use this app all the time. they don’t push the premium purchase on you like other gym apps. they offer it once you open the app and that’s it, a lot of stuff is free but the stats are premium. great app overall for a college student getting into the gym and don’t know where to start. 10/10.

    They have just about every exercise on here. A couple that I do regularly are named slightly different than what I call them but they’re on here! It’s a workout tracker dream come true!
