  I had to download the app to make sure my subscription was cancelled. They tried to overdraft my account by 50.00 when I only signed up for the 3 day trial on the site, not the app. There’s no way to unsubscribe on the site and I didn’t know there was an app, if you can even unsubscribe from it. All this app wants is money, period.

  First off you pay a monthly subscription fee and there are couple options but there is no option to unsubscribe. I downloaded the app pressed manage subscription then it brings me to the Web browser as I signed up through the Web and then I go to my account and there’s no options at all only to delete account which they can still charge me for subscription. It’s all blank. All the options are blank squares so u have to press each 1 hoping it’ll bring u to an unsubscribe option but it’s just more purchase options how convenient! I have contacted the support team and I’ll see what comes of it but I must wait for up to 48hrs for a response.😟 I want to cancel bc there’s no tutorial how to use anything & u have to pay for each different look after the monthly subscription fee. Yea, you wanna try different hairstyles you have to pay for coins to experiment each look, you wanna try different hair color that’ll cost more coins so you continue to have to buy coins and it adds up. They recommend that you buy a pack of coins for $75 who has $75 to experiment looks that you don’t even know if they’re even gonna look right & even look like you at all. It is so bogus of an app and I’m just trying to cancel it that’s all but it’s next to impossible to do so on my own. So easy to navigate purchasing looks but no option to unsubscribe!! 😤

  I strongly recommend that consumers exercise caution before subscribing to Lisa AI. I canceled my subscription in January, yet I continued to be charged afterward. On the exact day one of the unauthorized charges appeared on my bank account, I immediately contacted customer support and provided evidence of the charge. Despite reaching out promptly, the support process involved lengthy delays and multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication that stretched over several weeks. At the end of the process, Lisa AI refused to issue a refund, stating that the request fell outside of their three-day refund window. This was extremely frustrating because I had contacted them on the same day the charge occurred. The delay was caused by the company’s own response times, not by any delay on my part. I also provided documentation, including the bank transaction and the original email showing when I first reported the issue. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the company’s billing practices and customer service procedures. I feel that legitimate customer complaints can become ineligible for refunds simply because of how long the support process takes. For that reason, I would advise potential customers to carefully monitor their accounts and think twice before providing payment information. My experience left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and without a fair resolution despite reporting the issue immediately and providing supporting evidence.
