  I have used this remote twice on my television when I had the subscription once I canceled it I was able to use it once more and now the app is not letting me as it says. I should have access to scrolling empowering off, which it does not it just keeps saying my TV is off and will not connect.

  Basic usage needs subscription

  I need to use it like a regular remote control I should be able to switch apps using the left right up down button, but I can’t because every time I click it it wants me to use premium so from my TV home screen, I should not have to premium when I can do the same thing with a Roku remote where it allows me to go down off left right and not charge me a thing with the Roku app so I’m trying to figure out why you claim it’s just like a regular remote control when I have to pay for it because I’m done watching YouTube video I can’t even click down one or click the next video because it’s not working if I’m on Netflix and it asked me are you still watching how am I supposed to click yes
