Free (with ads)
I have 2 weeks and five days left to complete my first program. Literally my first COMPLETE program. I’m not sure what made this time different for me. I love the tracking calendar, the little rewards for completing certain tasks, and the little percentage circle. The workouts get your blood pumping but don’t feel intimidating. The first week I was super sore, but by week two I was able to do most of the workouts without modifications. I haven’t been on a calorie deficit bc I want to see how much I can lose without modifying my diet. So far the real noticeable change is my face. It’s less puffy and my double chin has gone down a lot. I also went from 197.0 to 194.4. However, I was starting my menstrual so that weight could be wrong. Either way I say give this app a try. Yes there are ads but not that many.

I love the core app so much, the only thing is that I can’t do two programs at a time and tracking food is a bit more difficult then it was for other apps but overall it is really awesome🫶🫶🫶

Actually Challenging!
I’ve paid for several work out apps’ programs only to be disappointed because it wasn’t challenging enough or the free features were very limited. I LOVE how much you get out of this app without spending a dime and the program actually makes you break a sweat. Thank you Chloe!

Amazing FREE app
So I have been using this app for about a year now and what sets it apart from other fitness apps is all the FREE things you can use. Other fitness apps are so expensive with half of the features that this one offers. You can pay for extra things on this app but you are able to see meal recipes, log calories, write notes and before and after pictures for yourself. Not to mention the community is so nice and makes you feel safe and heard! Chloe is amazing for making fitness affordable with so many different exercise programs to follow. 10/10 amazing.
