  I’ve been using Lively for over two years now and honestly prefer it to every other period track I have ever tried. Love, the fact that you can jot down notes and symptoms super quickly and with ease, and the chart that shows your hormone fluctuations is super validating for me with my PMDD. I love the fact that they recently integrated the AI coach and I’m hopeful that they will also integrate some type of synchronization for icalendar soon.

  My daughter and I love this app. It has become a super helpful guide in following our cycle and teaching my daughter how to understand what she is feeling in her body and me as well! It’s so validating to look at the app and it explains what is common in “this time of your cycle.” Priceless for a teenage girl and validating for a Women in general to navigate what their emotional waves/symptoms might mean!! I love all the features to track symptoms and collect data over time on patterns in your body. Helps address more severe issues someone may be having to present the data to their provider.

  The idea of it is cute but they basically put you on a free trial to use the app which is cool cus you can cancel it, right? right. so i went to cancel the free trial after it told me to do it and they still took $29.99 out my account. apple had to refund my money because i reached out to the app support and nobody answered or responded back.
