  Recent update messed up iphone audio

  It’s typically a fine service, but they shouldn’t have launched their audio recording setting defaulted to on and which changes the volume of other audio the rider was listening to. And they need to make sure their cars offer functional seatbelts, and have a feedback setting specifically around dysfunctional or unreachable seatbelts.

  After choosing a ride type & price, the estimated time that the taxi/car will arrive tends to double or triple to longer wait times than cheaper options. App changed pick up location AT ITS WILL. Only discovered problem when taxi “arrived.” Both waited at different locations. Terrible for Transport.

  Love Grab but….

  The grab app is amazing for traveling in Southeast Asia. Not just the pick ups and transports but for food delivery. The reason why I’m writing this review(and I hope they read it) is because I would like an option to tip drivers after you have rated, because it makes you scroll up to see a tip option before you close it. Sometimes you forget and there is no option to go back and tip the driver. I like tipping for good service but sometimes you just give the stars and close the app quickly and then the driver misses out. Other than that, the app is great.
