  I am upset because you have to have a cloud plan for each individual device. They are the same brand so they should all work on the same plan. You do not want to get the higher plan if you intend to have multiple devices because you will pay $100. Per year for each individual device. This makes no sense to me at all. I wish I would have known this before purchasing these. I got the plan for the door bell luckily. But now I have to wait to get the plan on the security camera when I can afford it if I don’t send it back.

  Amazon package stolen from porch, camera recorded nothing, if someone just standing there after 10seconds it stops recording and it doesnt record back to back its like it has to rebbot after every recording, absolutely hate it
