Don’t purchase the bundle
I signed up through the instagram ad recently for the 7-for-1 bundle that I saw. After paying I’ve gotten no information on how to get the other apps to work. No emails, no messages. There’s literally no way to send a direct message to customer support. I’ve gotten no response on messages to instagram, and their FAQ is useless or actual help

Love it, but still needs improvement.
I have been using Freeletics for 5 years now, ever since Fitbit cancelled their Coach program, which was another blind decision by Google. But, I found Freeletics to be better in multiple ways, especially treating you and pushing you like a real athlete. I am 64 years old, and I need to be pushed. Freeletics falls down in the specific exercises where it does not tell or show you which muscles each exercise will stretch or work. It shows a general view of the muscles for a circuit, but it should show that information on individual exercises (when you click on them for instructions) and describe the pull or push of the individual muscles you are working during the specific exercise. That would be more helpful like a coach, rather than a simple timer. Less important, I want to stop being asked the same thing each day and prefer to turn off all the questions about sharing the workout and results.

Great workout helper!
I have found this to be so helpful in generating varied and challenging workouts that I feel are actually making a difference. Simple and intuitive.

Gets the job done
This app provides decent guidance and instruction on workouts. Very helpful if you can’t afford a personal trainer.

Lack of access
Unable to actually see the structure of the program unless paid for. Just a waste of time really

Bang for buck
Used to be an elite lifter, but been out of gym for 6 years due to a back injury. Forward to 2026, wasn’t able to do more than 2 pushups in January. I been using the everyday strength plan for 3 days a week and i am at 10+ strict form archer push up in just 3 months. The adapting workouts really helped. When i gave feedback on push ups being hard, it curated routines that focused on bullet proofing my shoulders and posterior chain & core. Overall i feel great, and every time i follow these routines they feel very satisfying.

Groundhog Day
I’ve been consistently using this app and, unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The workouts feel very repetitive, often cycling through the exact same exercises for multiple rounds — sometimes up to ten — which makes it hard to stay engaged or feel challenged. Another issue is the lack of balance in the programming. The stretching routines don’t always align with the muscles being worked. I’ve noticed time spent stretching areas that weren’t used, while the muscles that were actually targeted are sometimes overlooked. This makes the recovery portion feel ineffective. Most importantly, I haven’t seen any meaningful results, including weight loss, despite sticking with the program. The combination of repetitive workouts, mismatched stretching, and lack of progress has made the experience frustrating overall. I was hoping for a more dynamic, well-rounded fitness program that adapts and delivers results, but this app hasn’t provided that.

Love & hate
I love the interface. But the exercises could be more diverse. Add some gym machines instead of all dumbbells. I hurt my back on your deadlift exercises, which some call outdated. Maybe add an option of informing my coach that I have an injury (back, knee, most likely ones)

Really Good
It keeps me coming back for more. I fall off the wagon. It’s a good app to help me get back on.
