Free version very limited, can’t unclick or remove a period day.
Not that great. Constant upgrade adds. Annoying. Once you set a date of a period you cant remove it or edit for the next day. Better make no mistakes clicking on anything.

Alas, I can't use it.
I would love to use Clue to track my Love's cycle, but the app can only be used either for oneself, or by a partner or other interested party by invitation from the woman whose cycle it is (which I appreciate – that's a very thoughtful protection for her), and presumably with her parallel participation, and my Lady is in Thailand, may or may not have access to Clue, and doesn't consider tracking her period to be important...so that excludes me. Darn. Maybe I'll tell the app I'm setting it up to track my own cycle, and then see if I can piece together any useful information from what she tells me is going on.

Notifications
Overall solid app, fairly simple to use and is accurate. My one thing, when I chose to be notified when my period would arrive, I was not expecting constant notifications about check ins. There was no option to turn this off. It would be nice to have some options to limit the notifications, because frankly it’s annoying.

Стало хуже
Уже столько лет пользуюсь этим приложением, но последние полгода ужасно лагает, постоянно нет соединения. Ни с впн, ни без впн, не работает…

Wish I could put 5 stars, but…
I love Clue for many of the same reasons others do: user friendly, science based, a mission I can get behind, etc. The reason for only 4 stars? The tracking modes don’t appear to communicate with each other. I paid for Clue Plus while pregnant in 2024, but as soon as I delivered (which, for being such a significant event, there wasn’t an option to track that one?) and switched the app back to period tracking, my data got weird because it calculated as though I had not had a period in 9 months. I wish I didn’t have to switch modes, but was able to just track all of the symptoms in one system. Another small pet peeve is that I experience some symptoms that are not trackable in this app such as sciatica (though a more general “leg pain” is available) and carpel tunnel. Sciatica in particular is quite common with menstruation and pregnancy and a very different experience from any other kind of “leg pain” I feel, and I’d like to track it specifically. I wish there was more customization of symptoms available. That aside, it’s still a great app and I’ve consistently used it for many years.

Good app for period tracking
Overall, this is a good app. It has enough features without paying anything, it doesn’t have ads (it asks you if you want to subscribe when you open the app or if you click on a feature that needs a subscription but you can easily close it), and it has more features than Apple Health’s cycle tracking. Features that would be very useful if they were added: - Being able to import data from Apple Health Cycle Tracking to Clue and the other way around (and vice versa) all at once. This would be a very useful feature. It takes a long time to manually insert data. - Being able to log more things, like very light flow (not just light, medium, heavy, and very heavy) or the color of period flow that isn’t spotting. - An option to log no flow. Whenever my period is shorter than my average length it still shows extra days as “period days”. - A watch app (it is very helpful to be able to enter and see data on your watch). - The app considering more things for predictions and cycles phases other average lengths.

Used Clue since I was in High School. It is much different today..
It has been 7 years since I downloaded this app. Never subscribed. I’m just disappointed with all the changes they’ve made. Why do you have a subscription popping up in my face EVERY time I open this app? It’s super annoying. Many people have made their frustrations clear, but Clue has not listened. Also the clue connect used to be free, but is now locked behind the monthly subscription. I used to share my tracker with my friends, but now I can’t even share it with my boyfriend without paying. Yikes. They just seem to be greedy and I am considering switching to another period tracker now.

Love it!
I have been using this app for years, even after having a hysterectomy. My hormones are so bad, that I use it to track the monthly changes and my luteal phase so I know when I’m not just being crazy and know when to expect the intense and sudden onset of my PMDD. Thank you!
