  Needs improvement potential scam

  I tried the app got excited to try the app from all the ads but I had deposited a decent amount and had decided I wanted to withdraw it out because I had a bad feeling and I noticed it wasn’t working and said I had zero available to move I contacted customer support they said that it was processed already even though the amount was still visible with no indication of being moved and had ghosted me for a day and then I ended up spending it all since it was still in my account which is my own fault of course but I don’t like how they made it difficult for me to get my own MONEY.other apps I use like fanatics is an instantaneous process with no hassle they need to be investigated if they’re other records of this.

  Unclear bets, takes advantage of its consumers.

  The app is filled with bets with short titles that mislead you into thinking you’re betting on something that you’re not. “Team A wins 2nd half of match” what they won’t tell you is the fine print of 1 million different criteria that the bet has to follow that aren’t displayed anywhere. So you end up putting money up for a bet they make the rules up for on the spot. Multiple people in the live chat of this app can be seen complaining about the same things. It’s a terrible app that takes advantage of its consumers. Better off using Hard Rock, Prize picks, or any other app.

  Worst app ive ever used. Lost so much money due to bugs and outages. In app support just acknowledges your issue but i dont even know if it does anything i havent gotten a single follow up or resolution on any of my tickets. Just completely helpless. If they spent just 1% of their advertisement money on fixing the app it might be somewhat enjoyable

But the one HUGE issue they have it LACK of ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT i have sent 3 different emails about my issue contacted “direct customer support” and they always hit me with we are connecting you to a agent right away to see solve your issue and they never connect
