  Terrible

  I rarely leave reviews, but this app was frustrating enough that I felt I had to. The UI/UX is terrible!!!! I wanted to cancel my free trial, and the website says to do it from Settings in the app but there is no Settings menu at all. I spent so much time trying to figure out how to cancel, and there’s no clear way to manage the subscription. This is one of the worst user experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

  Poor app, even worse support

  The app itself doesn’t work very well. Brand new iPhone 17 Pro and it usually takes several attempts to get a lesson to start and when it does many times the audio is missing. If you need to contact support they do respond but are incredibly unhelpful.

  No internal subscription

  App uses an external subscription, so I don’t trust this. I can’t sign up through an App Store subscription, not even got a higher fee. Obviously meant to make it more difficult to cancel so that I’m more likely to pay after the trial period, so I’m not willing to risk trying it out. Edit: since I got a developer response, I’ll edit to include what happened next. It was super difficult to get to the screen they mentioned to pay in the app. The app’s UI/UX is horrible I did the free trial, and the app freezes all the time. The text doesn’t get transcribed on the screen during a lesson, it randomly switches languages but the AI makes pronunciation mistakes. Everything is so bad with this app. I don’t know how there are so many positive reviews. One of the worst I’ve tested

  I really want to use this app but I can’t because what do you mean I have to pay, I just want to learn Korean and I can’t afford to be paying for an app , I’m really interested in this app but I can’t use it because I can’t afford it.   The New Ui and the app kept deleting my process

  The new Ui is honestly so confusing for me and the app kept deleting my process , I was at the interview stage and now it dragged me back to the small talk stage. Another thing is I have no idea how to access the vocab lessons. I dont know if I’m the only one who’s bothered by this but this is really pissing me off. The old one used to have landscape but now it doesn’t???
