  Terrible software

  Couldn’t be bothered to update their old app for some reason, forced to install a new one. Ran through the login gauntlet twice, and their system just throws an unspecified auth error. Amateur hour

  Doesn’t work

  When I used the pass they told me I have to contact the issuer. Found out I have to download this one. Well, like others this doesn’t work either.

  Account not found

  The phone number and email address I have in the priority app (the old app) comes back as not found in the new app. Way to go for a major company to roll out like this!

  App is Great, Service is Meh

  The app switch is fine. Everything transferred over just fine. The service has been going downhill for years now though. Everyone seems to have priority pass, which backs it all up at the airports. I’m considering other options besides the pp lounges.

  Mostly backend upgrades

  Visually, this app looks and feels exact same as the original Priority pass app, so don't expect a flashy new redesign. However, the upgrade is entirely under the hood it seems. Like, if you carry multiple premium credit cards that offer Priority Pass, the new app finally allows you to link multiple memberships under a single login instead of constantly logging out and back in. Apple Wallet integration also feels a bit snappier too. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because forcing a brand-new app download instead of just pushing an update to the old one creates unnecessary weirdness. But word of advice to fellow travelers though- download this new app and migrate your account before you leave for the trip. You don't wanna be stuck in a lounge line trying to reset your password because you forgot, or just overall setting up the new app while holding up the line.

  Unusably flakey

  Doesn’t recognize my credentials but when I say “forgot my username” I get sent to a screen that lets me log in with username and password. I can then select a section which…takes me back to the broken login page. Completely useless
