  WITHDRAWAL ISSUE

  I was able to put my money in and gain money from the coins but when it came to withdrawing my money, I tried to verify my Identification and it said it failed for some reason and now support is taking a while to email me back. Why is every help or contact only about deposit but nothing about withdrawal? Now my money is stuck.

  I think my account may have been banned. Whenever I try to log in on my phone, it logs me back out immediately. My username is by, and the account still exists because I can log into it on my PC. The strange part is that I can’t log into any account on my phone, not just this one. Could you please help me figure out what’s causing this?

  Stop Loss and Take Profit Functions

  I love this app. It’s social, and makes trading easy and fun. One problem I do find is that there is no feature to stop your losses and take profit automatically at certain percentages. It’s all manual. I would LOVE IT if this was added in as a feature :)
