  I have tried to cancel my subscription and I am finding it difficult. It cannot be found where they say it is. Also I left them a message and they never responded.

  Series are incomplete

  Paying for the premium subscription to be able to see the entire series - doesn’t mean that you’ll watch the complete serie. Yo pay 20$ a week - to watch a AI created drama with 30 episodes of max 1min each - just to realize that the end is not there - so you’ll have to go to daily motion or so - and watch the ending if you want to know it. This app is just a scam!!

  This is a scam! You cannot even find your subscription in your Apple account, and shadily enough when you go into the app to cancel your subscription, it lies and redirects you to cancel through your Apple subscriptions, which they know you can’t. This is because you aren’t actually purchasing through the App, it will make it seem like you are, but you are purchasing directly from the app developer, you can even do to their website and there is no offer to cancel anything. This is a serious scam that Apple needs to put an end to!

  This app is a scam. Once you buy the subscription you can’t cancel it no matter what you do. I have to get a new card just to stop the charges.

  Can’t cancel my subscription

  I subscribed for a weekly subscription and now I want to cancel it but they don’t have a cancellation option. I go to my settings - Apple ID-and then subscription, but the app is not in there. Once you subscribe to this app you won’t be able to cancel it anymore. This app is going to drained your bank accounts.

  Stories are good but…

  So in writing this because I downloaded this app and it has good stories but don’t get the subscription there’s no way in the app to cancel, it doesn’t show up in your Apple ID subscriptions like the app will tell you. Tried reaching out to their customer service they told me I had to go thru the app even tho I emailed them with the same email my account is under. This app is a scam. Best way to remove the subscription was I had to go to my card on my wallet and stop the payment that way since I used Apple Pay anyways. Save yourself time and money there’s better apps out there.
