  Best alternative app one could ask for

  I have been terribly disappointed by Plex’s native offering as of late. The new interface they have is full of ads. It’s clunky and they removed some key features such as watch together and made downloads less convenient and organized. This app for a reasonable one time price gave those features back with a much more usable, UI and a lot of useful features that Plex should have added in years ago.

  Should not have this many bugs for the price

  Usage with Jellyfin has many issues still, the recent version broke automatic next episode playback so it just shows a black screen. Waking from sleep will break your video stream 99% of the time you’ll have to reload the app to fix basic playback issues. Really needs to be addressed.

  Works great, better than the default Jellyfin iOS client imo

  I specifically use this with Jellyfin and the only issue I have is when scrubbing it takes 2 to 3 attempts at sliding the progress bar to allow me to start scrubbing through the show. If I just click to spot I want to go to it works fine tho and is extremely fast. Please fix this one issue. It would also be nice if yall added Seerr integration. Thanks.

  Good. Faster than the official Plex app.

  I like the new transcoding option. Helps a lot with high bitrate remuxes on slower devices. Wish there was an audio boost option though. Some movies with multichannel audio play quiet on stereo speakers.

  Great alternative to the the Plex client!!!

  This is a fantastic app! It solve two problems that have plagued the Plex client since the most recent Plex Server updates. First, the Live TV function works with iOS and iPad OS. I thought this was a lost cause, since the issue has been reported by multiple people to Plex for over 8 months and there is no consistent fix. This app brings this function back! The second this is performance. The current Plex current seems slow to load content, even on a fast network and all the settings properly set. This used to work well before the most recent Plex server upgrades. In any case, the performance is excellent and the loading is very fast. Overall, the app works well and is easy to use. I took a chance buying the app hoping that it would be an improvement over the regular Plex app and, sure enough, it was. Thanks for developing this and keeping it updated. In addition to an iPad, I use this on my Apple Vision Pro. It would be nice if it was a native AVP app, but it seems to work just fine, especially when I need Live TV. For 3D movies and full AVP support I use ScreenLit.

  Fantastic

  This app is just about to be perfect. When the next iteration makes it way from github to the app store, it will be perfect. Once we get the picture in picture/minimized play to be able to do continuous play while still minimized, I never need a different Plex app again. It's already leaps and bounds better than the utterly useless official Plex app, but it literally becomes perfect in one more iteration. Every addition after that is just bonus.

  Being able to download and add to entire playlists and collections again made this an instant buy. Only thing missing is being able to match titles like on the desktop server. Otherwise, PERFECT!
