  Awesome when it works

  Downloaded the app and used it for a few days with no issues. Was really enjoying it! It definitely makes you think. Opened it one day and it stayed on the logo before jumping into the daily story. For the last 3 days when I open the app, it stays on the logo and nothing else. I have restarted the app, and my phone, multiple times. Tonight I open the app and it’s the logo and then I hear the story starting but the screen is still showing the logo. No easily accessible support either.

  Underwhelming and would not recommend

  I suspect the app makes its decisions and artwork with AI, based on the storytelling style and weird movements in the scenarios. Also, I was expecting insight based on all decisions, but was confused by the results. I got +2 manipulation for letting a hypothetical mentor win in her last race, with no mention of how my other decisions had an impact. It’s like the outcome/analysis was hyper focused on only one fact, with the worst possible interpretation.

  Terrible Customer Service/ Scam

  I got this app and got the free trial to see how it worked and to my surprise they did not notify me it was about to end and tried to charge my Apple Pay 70$. I had no funds so it was just a whole bunch of insufficient funds charges. I deleted my account cuz I hated the game and checked to make sure to subscriptions were active and it said no so I proceeded to delete my account . However I had charges . I contacted them directly to their support and they responded once and I kept sending more and more and no response. I had to contact apple support and have them delete my Apple Pay completely. Don’t waste your time and energy .

  Not worth it.

  I paid for the 1 month term. The app had given me 1 scenario and just repeats. Not sure how often it refreshes but even if it’s 1 “Dilemmo” a day, that’s terrible! I unsubscribed very quickly and yet continue to get charged to my card. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app.

  Multiple other people have now confirmed the same issue. I’m having where I try just the Free app thought I had canceled it but I just got notified the app billed me and took $49.95 for an app I thought was fully canceled.
