  Paid for a Subscription but Got No Access

  I paid for a weekly subscription, but the premium features never unlocked in the app. Even though I was charged over $20, I couldn’t access the content I paid for. I tried contacting customer support, but it was extremely difficult to get help. I also attempted to email them, but my messages wouldn’t go through, leaving me with no clear way to resolve the issue. By the time I realized the issue wasn’t going to be fixed, I was outside the refund window, so I had no choice but to cancel my subscription and lose the money I paid. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I hope the company improves its billing system and customer support so other customers don’t have to deal with the same problem.

  Offer you a deal for a weekly pass

  They offer you a deal for a weekly pass of 3.99 and then they don’t give you a week. It was only a couple days ridiculous and that’s the second time this has happened to me. And then, if you make an account, you can’t even see all the ones that are there to watch. I would give zero stars if I could disappointed.
