Description
Track your heart in real time, right from your wrist. This app requires an Apple Watch, and includes the watch app free. This app shows live heart rate with a smooth scrolling graph, along with key cardio signals like energy burn, breathing rate, and variability, designed for clarity at a glance. Built for Apple Watch first, it focuses on continuous monitoring, not workouts. No clutter, no sessions to manage — just instant feedback on how your body is responding moment to moment. An optional iPhone companion mirrors your data on a larger screen. Perfect for casual fitness, stress awareness, or simple curiosity about your heart throughout the day. The app comes with a companion watch app you need to run at the same time.

IPhone 17 Pro Max - Does not work
My watch goes back and forth between telling me to allow the app in Health and not. Confirmed all settings on both watch and phone are correct, all items “Allowed” access to each other. Power cycled both Watch and Phone after installing app. Force quit and re-opened both Phone App and Watch App several times. The Cardiogram app is able to pull all static health data from Health App but it is not reading anything at all on my wrist via the Watch App. The App widget is running ion my watch saying it is recording but it will not allow for Pause or Stop so I HAVE to force quit it to get it to stop, and still no recorded datas every displays or shows up as being actually recorded. Save you .99 for now. “Developer” is making money from the people that are not aware that the app with the name that they are looking for is no longer available in the app store and are instead finding this one.

Altered Review
It does work, but I don’t know how accurate, because I have a pacemaker and it seems to fluctuate.

No AirPods support
You might think adding AirPods pro 3 heart monitoring was mandatory for an app like this, but apparently it is not.

No app
I downloaded what I thought would be an app. There is none. The page is almost blank with a picture of a heart. It does nothing and no way to contact the developer.
